3. Being bold is one of the most essential aspects of authenticity. Were not often trained or encouraged to be bold in life. Living our lives in bold and authentic way takes real courage and commitment. This does not mean that we are willing to act in the face of fear and able to say true to ourselves and whats important to us even when it gets difficult.

4. You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.
